As an Operations Administrator, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, providing critical clerical support to our site technicians, technical team, and directors. Your role will include managing project communications, maintaining client records, and supporting our outreach initiatives, all while ensuring our high standards of customer service are met. Thriving in a fast-paced environment means that you'll expertly prioritise and organise your tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
Hours of Work: Office Based, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, 40 hours/week
Operations Administrator Requirements:
1. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
2. Strong customer service orientation
3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
4. Exceptional planning, organising, and diary management abilities
5. Keen problem-solving skills and attention to detail
