* Rare opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a fully remote team
* Focus is not on volume M&A work - so culture/hours reflect this
About Our Client
A boutique law firm.
Job Description
Are you a Corporate Solicitor looking for more balance without compromising on quality of work and your career?
Are you frustrated with the long hours that a M&A job entails?
And are you seeking more flexibility and the elimination of a commute?
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong grounding in Corporate work to explore a different path.
You'll be joining an established small firm that predominantly acts for multinationals with large turnovers.
The work is not M&A focused, so you won't be working on late-night completions. The responsibilities centre around reorganisations, intercompany agreements, bespoke commercial arrangements, compliance, corporate governance, and more. This role would suit someone who is open-minded to a different approach than a traditional private practice Corporate role.
The team operates fully remotely, with examples of experienced Corporate Lawyers from national firms who have made the transition.
This could be an ideal position for a lawyer considering that moving in-house is the only escape from long private practice hours. This is your chance to remain in practice while enjoying remote work and achieving a better work-life balance.
The Successful Applicant
It's likely that you will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 3-4 years' PQE. Our client is open to considering candidates with a range of PQE.
What's on Offer
