Working as a Transformation Manager within our Operating Model teams, you will be part of an agile team established to accelerate and drive Enterprise Operating Model transformation from strategy to execution.
Here, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business at all levels to drive end-to-end thinking on our Enterprise Operating Model strategy and identify and prioritise interdependencies across Operating Model activity.
Your programmes will be set up & run brilliantly to deliver change at pace, creating high-performing end-to-end teams. You will galvanise others to get behind the change and champion a Transformation mindset.

What I need to know
Essential Criteria
* Experience in defining a target operating model strategy from concept, design to completion - particularly work that has spanned across multiple functions at a business-wide level. Experience of this in Retail is preferred but not a requirement.
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director and above) e.g. able to communicate internally at senior levels.
* Extensive evidence of successful cross-functional working (across the breadth of the business) at scale.
* Leadership - able to lead projects and manage priorities.
* Successful experience of working on shaping and implementing major Change projects/programmes.
* Strong examples of distilling complex, end-to-end, long-term activities into a clear and concise narrative for senior internal & external audiences (Divisional Directors, Operating Board, external market & investors).
