Front of House (evening shift) Location Wrexham, LL13 9XT Hours Monday Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm Are you dedicated to delivering great service and want to join a growing company that looks after its people? In this role youll provide a first class service to all clients and visitors to the site, ensuring a courteous professional experience to all. You will answer the telephones, redirect calls efficiently, issue visitor badges, attend visitors on site and be the first point of contact for any issues reported. As a front of house, you will be committed to delivering a high standard of customer service and remain calm and positive even when it gets really busy. You will also help with the incoming and outgoing post and booking couriers. You will undertake portering duties and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client. Some other duties include: Fire Extinguisher daily checks and report submissions Emergency Electrical lighting weekly checks and report submissions Fire Register documents checks. Accident Log confirmation of checks. Work signoff for Vendors i.e. Confidential Waste, Hygiene Services and other vendors. Provide guidance and direction to authorized visitors and vendors on procedures. Handle Evacuation Exercises and respond to emergency situations during shift. Handle incidents with swift resolution, minimal disruption, and identifying areas of improvement to continually optimize response protocols. Site emergency management and incident response, including support in the preparation of emergency operations plans. Support the physical security operations of the Wrexham office, including cooperation with 24/7 security services for routine operations during shift. Support in building partnerships with internal stakeholders to enable their work and to maintain a secure working environment. Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate observed risks appropriately. Our Ideal candidate will need to have: Strong communication skills Able to use online computer systems & processes Experience in a similar front of house role Outstanding customer service delivery skills Great time keeping Well presented Able to make decisions to solve problems Highly organised and able to work under pressure Well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. It would be really useful if you could also use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
