CBW have several opportunities for experienced administrators to join a construction company in the East Renfrewshire area. This company specializes in the energy efficiency market within the domestic maintenance sector and is a leader in the field for upgrading domestic properties to be more energy efficient.
The company has several openings in their team due to continued growth, therefore opportunities within: Customer Service, Solar, Heating, Compliance, and Projects and Install.
These positions will see you as an administration support and be a fundamental part of the success of the department. The position will be varied, and lots of new skills will be developed. You will be responsible for working closely with the Project Managers, providing a variety of administrative duties. Hours Of Work
Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (37.5 hour week)
Responsibilities/Person Specification
1. Carry out various admin duties such as scanning, filing, and data input.
2. Liaising with customers, trades, and clients.
3. Raising POs/Stock orders.
4. Work closely with the Health and Safety Manager providing key administrative support.
5. Assist with external body communications.
6. Able to demonstrate attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
8. Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage own workload to expected standards.
