Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Assistant to join one of our new local clients which work within the tool and machinery hire industry.
Responsibilities
1. Provide Administrative support
2. Overseeing daily office operations
3. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
4. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
5. Handle routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scheduling appointments
6. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication
Essential Experience
1. Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an industrial setting
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable Experience
1. Previous experience working in a rental sector
