A great opportunity has arisen to join our Training Administration Team as a Training & Events Administrator. You would report into the Training & Events Manager, providing administrative support to the Training Team with the delivery of non-clinical training and production of new courses and products to ensure the smooth running of the business area.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties include:
* Assisting with the provision of training events and courses for members including emailing course material
* Diary management
* Proofreading
* Administration of the online learning platform
* Scheduling and sending reminders, surveys, and pre-work to delegates
* Creating, maintaining, and updating resources for training in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Team
* Attending training team and business meetings, producing action point notes from these meetings including preparation and circulation of reports, proposals, and emails for discussion
* Standing in and covering other administrative tasks when required and agreed by your line manager
* Creating reports for internal departments and external companies
* Administration of Zoom
Requirements Needed for the Training and Events Administrator
You ideally will have the following skills:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good communication skills with a variety of people and stakeholders
* Good time and task management
* Intermediate use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent proofreading
* Detail-focused and ability to proofread own material
Additionally, you will also have experience of:
* Working in a professional organisation
* Handling lots of data in Microsoft Excel
* Writing minutes and reports
* Setting up meetings in Zoom and/or other online hosting platforms
