Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team and oversee the health and wellness initiatives within our care home. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the overall wellbeing of our residents.
Duties
1. Develop and implement wellbeing programmes to meet all the needs of residents.
2. Organise a variety of activities in the care home to suit all abilities and tastes.
3. Source external activity providers.
4. Ensure that residents are kept informed of activities and assisted to join if required.
5. Create an activity planner each month.
6. Coordinate events and trips outside the home.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time keeping abilities.
* Previous experience preferred.
* Ability to create innovative activity ideas and themes.
* Full driving licence required for taking mini bus out for trips.
* Confidence in leading and presenting activities.
* Ability to manage budgets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.15 per hour
