Job summary Within our Digestive Diseases Clinical Business Unit, a band 5 Staff Nurse opportunity has arisen, on Ward A5 Gastro to cover a 9 month maternity leave. This is a part time position at 28 hours a week ( with a shift pattern of 2x LD or nights for 2 weeks, 1 week of 1x LD or night a half day and 1 week of LDs or nights. Main duties of the job We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative Band 5 Staff Nurses who thrives in a challenging environment and are keen to make a positive impact on patient care. Ward A5 Gastro is a 20 bedded emergency Acute Gastroenterology Ward, with a wide range of patients and a TCI ascitic drain service. The successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, time management and organisational skills and display a genuine passion for nursing.
