Chamberlains Security Ltd was established in 2005, with the objective of dealing with business crime at all levels. We now offer a range of private security services to meet the needs of companies that require quality security personnel and services from a reliable source.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Finance/Office Manager for our varied role.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Managing all aspects of Sage Accounts: Sales & Purchase Ledgers, Journals, VAT Returns, Petty Cash reconciliation, Monthly bank reconciliation
* Credit control
* Process weekly Sage payroll system
* Invoicing and records management
* Preparation of year end reports for Accountants
* Prepare financial reports for Directors as required
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Manage and maintain all personnel and customer files and office systems
* Manage key holding renewals and contracts
* Assist Directors with the day to day running of the Company
* Any other duties as required to maintain an efficient and productive office environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* AAT qualified preferable
* A strong working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll
* Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
Terms:
The role is offered on a part time basis with flexible hours to be negotiated. Could fit with either school hours or 4 full working days.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £16.44 per hour
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
