Job Description
Stock optimisation
* Updating line cards, identifying never out of stock lines and ensuring cover and availability targets are met
* Working with Stock Optimisation Team to ensure appropriate min max levels are set and stock arrives in the right place at the right time, maximising availability in all channels
* Proposing stock transfers from wholesale warehouse to fulfil Retail needs
* Work with Category Brand Managers and the logistics teams to ensure queries are resolved within SLA
* Working with the Liberty Brand team to ensure stock arrives in time for launch
Product creation and order management
* Raising POs in line with critical path, range plan and OTB
* Chasing in orders to ensure timely launch
* Maintaining the product hierarchy by ensuring data attribution is accurate and consistent
* Manage the open order process from order creation to PO delivery and putaway
* Working with Operations, Retail, Digital and Logistics teams to execute RTVs, price changes and stock transfers
* Support Assistant Merchandiser with Line Card and WSSI Updating
Sale and promotions
* Compiling line level detail for promotion and sale events and loading onto the ERP system
* Communicating promotion and sale detail and activity to relevant functions
* Tracking sale and promotion performance vs target
* Supporting the Assistant Merchandiser in driving sell thru and availability to ensure end of season closing stock targets are met
Data and tools
* Establishing a thorough understanding of systems and reporting tools
* Clearly communicating relevant metrics to the business
* Supporting the Assistant Merchandiser with analysis and reporting
* Supporting Category Brand Managers with analysis and reporting

Minimum Qualifications:
* University Degree
* Previous industry experience gained from within a fast-paced retailer
