Requirements for the role of SEMH Teaching Assistant: - Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual student needs. - Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices. - Relevant qualifications in childcare, education, or related fields are an advantage.
