What You'll Do
* Act as a finance lead and business advisor, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing while ensuring compliance with management agreements.
* Provide proactive financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving best practices and optimizing efficiencies.
* Design, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
* Manage and mentor the finance team, supporting staff development, succession planning, and fostering a high-performance culture.
* Lead the preparation and delivery of financial plans, forecasts, and reports while analyzing revenue, profitability, and financial performance.
* Oversee audits, manage accounts receivable, ensure adherence to change control processes, and maintain financial safeguards to mitigate risks.

* Over five years of experience leading diverse finance teams, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with financial strategies.
* Skilled in analyzing data from multiple sources to support decision-making and align teams with IFM Finance objectives.
* Strong leadership abilities, fostering teamwork, motivating others, and mentoring less experienced personnel.
* Experience in process improvement, redesign, issue resolution, and knowledge migration to enhance efficiency.
* Creative problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting quickly, and maintaining focus on key financial priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years.
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years.
