1. Provide administrative support to the Directors including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
2. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
3. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
4. Coordinate and manage events, both internal and external
5. Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
6. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organised workspace
7. Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues
