We are seeking a highly skilled learning support practitioner to join our outstanding Additional Learning Support Team. A firm knowledge and understanding of post 16 students with learning difficulties and disabilities, including those with High Needs is essential. You will be skilled in assessing and supporting a wide range of neurodiverse students and will have up to date awareness of Exam Access Arrangements and reasonable adjustment guidance and the ability to produce associated reports. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to organise and prioritise their own workload. A Post-graduate qualification in individual specialist assessment at or equivalent to Level 7 is essential.
