We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged students with additional behavioural and learning needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting both academic and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist students with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties in the classroom.
2. Provide academic support in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects.
3. Work closely with teachers to implement behaviour management strategies.
4. Build positive relationships with pupils and promote a safe, structured learning environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
5. Experience working with primary-aged children with challenging behaviours.
6. Strong behaviour management skills.
7. Ability to support students with diverse learning needs.
