Up to £42,000 dependent on experience AXA- Global Healthcare are recruiting a Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the diverse needs of our business. In this exciting position, you’ll build and maintain custom development features across all areas of the organization, ensuring our systems are tailored to support various business functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for platform administration, incident investigation, and support, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal platform performance. Monitor and address Salesforce support tickets. Collaborate with business users to understand challenges and propose solutions. Manage data activities, including uploads, downloads, and report creation. Support the business with queries, bug resolution, and record management. Create training guides with screenshots, walkthroughs, and access to test environments. Maintain production user accounts and manage data. Set up and manage multiple environments (sandboxes) and assist with evaluating new development requests.
