£14.41 per hour.
A quick look at the role.
As an IS Operative, you will work as part of a skilled team to carry out industrial cleaning and decontamination at customer sites using specialist techniques and equipment, supporting projects across the UK with travel and occasional overnight stays.
Your core responsibilities.
* Carry out industrial cleaning tasks at various customer sites using high-risk confined space entry techniques and high-pressure water jetting equipment.
* Use specialist tools and techniques to remediate and decontaminate industrial systems, including tanks, vessels, pipe networks, and land decontamination projects.
* Support large turnaround projects and other operations on COMAH (Control of Major Accident Hazards) sites throughout the UK.
* Work collaboratively within a skilled team, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to task completion.
* Be prepared to travel across the country, including overnight stays, and work overtime when required (paid at the appropriate rate).
Requirements
Our essential requirements.
* HP Water Jetting certification/experience (Preferred)
* Breathing Apparatus certification/experience (Preferred)
* Confined Space certification / experience (Preferred)
* Current driving licence (preferably with towing capacity)
* IOSH (Working / Managing Safely or similar) or Safety Passport. – Preferable
