This is a brand new position that is a crucial hire for their business and you will play a pivotal part in driving the customer acquisition and increasing revenue through both PPC and Paid Social campaigns. In this role, you will play a huge part in driving customer acquisition and increasing revenue through paid search (PPC) and paid social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities : Lead the creation, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms. Take full ownership of paid social media advertising across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and more. Build and implement targeted social media advertising strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights. Provide regular performance updates to key stakeholders, sharing insights and suggestions for improvement. Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI. Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive superior campaign performance. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track, measure, and analyse campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting strategies to increase conversion rates and overall effectiveness. Essential Skills & Experience : Proven experience in managing paid search (PPC) and paid social media campaigns. Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics to assess and report on campaign performance. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other key advertising platforms. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems based on data. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment.
