As the Director Brand & Content, you will play a pivotal leadership role in building and shaping the TUI brand and its impact on the business. This role is crucial for executing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of marketing across all source markets by enhancing the company’s market presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring a coherent and consistent brand across all channels. You will manage a sizeable budget, contributing to the growth of a business that operates in 15 source markets.

ABOUT THE JOB
* Conduct and deliver customer research and insights to support informed business and marketing decisions, ensuring strategies are data-driven and customer-focused.
* Define and govern the overall brand strategy across the TUI business in consultation with key stakeholders.
* Develop and define our brand identity across all customer touchpoints within the customer journey.
* Define and implement the advertising communications strategy, managing major campaigns and agency relationships.
* Develop and implement the overarching content strategy, ensuring alignment with TUI’s marketing objectives.
* Manage and create a substantial volume of content essential for TUI's marketing efforts.
* Consolidate content by organising, streamlining and integrating various content pieces to maintain consistency, enhance efficiency and maximise the impact of marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with the Group Procurement Function to deliver media and creative solutions for partners.
* Establish the ‘TUI way’ of marketing, designing and delivering training programs.
* Lead a team of brand and marketing experts specializing in brand strategy, identity, advertising, and creative.
* Ensure the consistency and coherence of TUI’s total brand architecture and sub-brands.
* Spearhead a 3–5-year strategic plan for marketing initiatives.
* Drive customer engagement and enhance market presence.
* Oversee the creation and effectiveness of major advertising campaigns.
ABOUT YOU
* Extensive experience leading marketing initiatives across various marketing disciplines in a large-scale global environment.
* Exceptional focus on customer insights, brand management, and digital marketing strategies.
* Proven ability to drive high performance and lead transformative efforts within a matrix organisation.
* Strong strategic and commercial thinking skills.
* Highly skilled in communicating complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
* Expertise in crafting compelling narratives and summarizing complex information.
* Demonstrated experience in establishing positive relationships across the business at the Director level.
* Proven leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
* Proficiency in analyzing market data and performance metrics.
* Strong creative skills to guide content creation and long-term brand strategies.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
* Fluent in English; additional language abilities (German, French, Dutch) are desirable but not essential.
