What you’ll be doing day to day.
As a Dispenser, your customer care will be exceptional. It’s more than providing the medicine customers need; it’s about giving them a reassuring experience. The little things make a big difference, like a friendly chat. Using your expert knowledge and brilliant advice, you’ll put our customers at ease. We have many fantastic health services on offer, so let our customers know how they can benefit from them by recommending how we can support them. You’ll support the Pharmacy team as the first point of call for customer queries. Inspire them with your amazing customer care and attention to detail. Your love for fantastic and personable service will keep our customers coming back, making them feel good on many levels.
How will you do it?
Build great relationships with the Pharmacy team; the more advice we can give, the better our customers feel. Share what you know with your team; it could make a difference to someone. Know our customers; it can impact how we do things. By passing on feedback and taking action, you’ll be part of improving our care even more.
