We are seeking motivated and skilled Graduate Technical Engineers and Technical Engineers to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and detailed technical quotes, contributing to our customer service and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver precise technical quotes within designated timeframes to meet customer service objectives. Conduct assessments and calculations to support project specifications. Specify both standard off-the-shelf products and custom solutions tailored to unique project requirements. Handle technical inquiries via phone, ensuring top-tier customer and technical service. Prepare fabrication and confirmation drawings for customer approval. Participate in occasional office and site visits to build customer relationships and address technical challenges firsthand. Compile and present clear, structured technical reports based on site observations. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering fields such as Civil, Structural, or Built Environment. Desirable experience with AutoCAD. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and commitment to customer service excellence.
