We are looking to recruit a permanent term-time Office Assistant to join our busy school office, Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 2.30pm, Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team. In particular, we require someone who has:
* Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and switch priorities often
* Willingness to undertake a broad range of administration activities
* Preferably experienced in working in a school environment
* Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level C or above in Maths and English
Hours: 30.75 hours per week, 39 weeks a year. To be worked Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 2.30pm, Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm
