Partnering directly with the Inventory Planning team, your focus will be on managing and optimising stock movement across our global network. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for supply chain efficiency with your capacity for problem-solving and organisation. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results. What You Will Do Create, amend, and assist with transfer orders from SOP planning. Manage sub-regional transfer orders (AVM WT, Lyon, Atlanta) as needed. Process customer service requests for stock movement between virtual locations. Assist the Purchasing Assistant with purchase order creation and date amendments. Handle intercompany transfer orders between Lovehoney and Wow Tech. Support the creation of planning files. Communicate effectively with warehousing and other departments. Assist the Marketplace Planning team as required. What You Should Bring Strong analytical skills, with experience in Excel/spreadsheets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple and changing priorities. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve issues quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
