We’ve spoken on global stages, won coveted awards, and conducted pioneering research that shows the changing menopause landscape in the UK. Due to our fast-paced growth we’re building a gold-standard team to support our aspirations of becoming the globally recognised certification for menopause products and services. We’re seeking a Head of Partner Sales to join our team and lead the sales function to support the growth of the collective. The Role As Head of Partner Sales, you will lead all sales activities to drive business growth. This is a hands-on position, where you will manage the full sales cycle from prospect generation and lead nurture, through to contract completion, to deliver new partner accounts. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will identify and execute opportunities to promote GenM and generate new partner accounts, including attending supplier and industry events. Alongside your partner-centric attitude, you will be commercially minded, passionate about affecting societal change for the menopause and motivated by setting, achieving and exceeding targets. Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for GenM, highlighting the benefits of the collective and supporting the team in creating greater visibility, choice and trust for the menopausal consumer Manage all new partner enquiries, from lead to completion Develop proposal documents and sales presentations at each stage of the sale process Work closely with the Marketing team on lead generation, sales literature and brand campaigns Attend trade shows, industry, supplier and partner events Report to the COO sales metrics of partner accounts and performance against targets and company objectives Work closely with Head of Partner Relations, Head of Certification and Compliance and Finance team to ensure the smooth running of sales opportunities and contract management. The person You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator, with a proven track record of leading, inspiring and motivating teams You will have demonstrable experience of driving business growth through partnerships and collaboration You will be able to present effectively and influence credibly at all organisational levels You will be a motivating team player and enjoy working in a collaborative manner with colleagues at all levels in the business You will be able to develop a sales strategy, budget and forecast effectively and report accurately and effectively to all levels of the business You will have an entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach and problem-solving skills You will be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative Digitally proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications, including excel, CRM and email platforms.
