Due to our exciting growth plans, we are expanding our team and looking for a full-time Payroll and Accounts Assistant. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to our expanding portfolio of clients in a friendly, collaborative environment.

What We Are Looking For: This role involves managing payroll services for a diverse range of clients, including private individuals, sole traders, limited companies, partnerships, and public sector organisations. You will work closely with a team to ensure the highest standards of client service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly and monthly payroll for various clients
2. Respond to client queries and provide tailored solutions
3. Maintain and update payroll and bookkeeping records (both computerised and manual)
4. Assist with bookkeeping tasks as required
5. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellent client service delivery

Desired Experience:
1. Minimum of 2 years' payroll experience
2. Experience with Brightpay payroll software is an advantage (not essential)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
4. Strong understanding of data protection principles
