Main duties of the job Main Duties Project Governance and Due Diligence: You will be working with key stakeholders and leads to ensure the delivery of clinical and operational workstream activities, including the management of risks and mitigating actions. You will support the identification of clinical and operational issues before and during the service transfer, using this information to prioritise future service developments.Workforce: With the support of the Norfolk LD HR Advisor, you will lead on workforce engagement and communication, ensuring all staff experience a smooth transition and are welcomed into the trust. You will also provide expertise to the development of the Recruitment and Retention Plan and Workforce Strategy for the service.Stakeholder Engagement: You will contribute to the development and implementation of the Mobilisation Stakeholder Communication and Engagement plan, working with local networks colleagues, service users and carers to identify future service development priorities.Clinical: You will lead the review of community service functions and associated documentation ahead of transfer, including the development of the new Single Point of Access for the service. Performance Management: You will maintain regular oversight of quality, safety, experience and workforce activity and Key Performance Indicators to provide internal assurance during transfer and stabilisation of the services, developing remedial actions plans as required.
