SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR ASSOCIATE)
LOCATION: Office based – Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent. You may be looking for Sales jobs in Kent, Estate Agency/ Senior Sales Negotiator jobs in Kent, West Malling, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Chatham. Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
SALARY: £24K- £28K basic, on-target earnings £100K - a very generous commission structure, a chance to earn exceptional commissions quickly, ample free parking, close to amenities, additional bonuses, benefits, performance-based incentives, company phone, laptop & pension, opportunities for personal growth and career progression.
HOURS: Permanent, full time. Monday-Friday, 9.30am-6.30pm
As an ambitious Senior Sales Executive, you will be part of a busy office environment, working under pressure in this varied and exciting role!
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Executive include:
1. Networking with new clients through face-to-face meetings and social media outreach.
2. Registering new clients daily and maintaining an active pipeline.
3. Minimum 50 calls a day (speaking with clients).
4. Discussing property deals and land development opportunities tailored to client needs.
5. Conducting property viewings and client consultations.
6. Filling a senior sales role and working closely with the director on expansion plans.
7. Contributing to strategic growth to manage a prospering team with daily reports.
Attributes of a Senior Property Sales Executive include:
1. Proven experience in the property industry, ideally as a senior estate agent, assistant manager, or branch manager level.
2. Strong networking and client engagement skills, both online and in person.
3. In depth knowledge of property sales processes, land development, and real estate opportunities.
4. Previous experience conducting viewings and liaising with clients to bring offers to the table.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with the directors to achieve company goals.
6. Ideally, a background as an estate agent or in a senior position within property sales providing a proven track record.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will have excellent communication skills, a confident and proactive telephone manner, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service as well as a drive and determination to succeed in winning business.
