Monarch Education are working with a primary school in Sparkhill, Birmingham who are seeking a level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant/ SEND support Assistant.
The school are looking for an experienced candidate who is adaptable and who can be flexible working in various year groups across the school in, EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The chosen candidate will be working 7:30am - 8:00am in the morning breakfast club and from 8:00am - 3:30pm in various classes providing general Teaching Assistant support and well as 1:1 and small group SEND (Special Educational needs and disabilities) support.
This is a full-time position the working hours are 7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday starting ASAP until July 2025 with potential to extend into the new academic year.
To apply for this role, you must:
1. Have a level 3 qualification relating to childcare
2. Have recent experience working with children in an educational capacity
3. Be able to provide 2 educational references which can support your ability to work with children
4. Hold a DBS which is registered online with the DBS update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS
