The Job
You’ll oversee the condition, configuration, and risk management of the properties, working closely with internal teams to deliver innovative investment plans and efficient survey programmes, whilst managing risks and building those all-important stakeholder relationships.
You'll also be instrumental in ensuring assets continue to meet high standards, supporting customer satisfaction and neighbourhood development.
Location: Warrington
Salary: up to £40k
Hours: 37, Mon-Fri

What you need to apply:
1. A minimum of two years’ experience in stock condition risk within an asset management function.
2. A Level 4 qualification in managing housing maintenance (planned) or equivalent.
3. An understanding of the principles of financial management, budgetary control, and risk management.
