Job Title: Childrens Residential Team Leader
Salary: 28,288 per annum (plus bonus of 70.40 per sleep in)
Location: Spalding, Peterborough, PE12

Recently receiving outstanding Ofsted ratings across their homes, they are dedicated to providing the best support in the industry and are now aiming for 'Outstanding' across all homes.
Good news! My client is looking for a Childrens Team Leader who will continue to drive that passion within the team of their solo provision home in the Spalding area.

Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) (Essential)
* Previous experience at Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level (Essential)
* Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
