Are you an experienced manager with a passion for criminal justice rehabilitation?\n \n We are looking for a Family Support and Wellbeing Manager to lead a dedicated team of 5 x Advisors.\n \n This is a specialist role working for a leading criminal justice rehabilitation charity, providing personal wellbeing services to help ex-offenders develop resilience, manage emotions, and reintegrate into society.\n \n You will mainly be based in West Yorkshire (Leeds and Bradford Hubs HQ). But you will be expected to travel between Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Dewsbury and across Humberside (Scunthorpe, Hull, Beverley, Bridlington and Grimsby) for meetings and support.\n \n Please note: this is a 1 year maternity cover (subject to extension)\n \n You must be a driver for this role. \n \n What You’ll Do:\nStaff Management & Development – Train, coach, and support Advisors (2 x in Humberside and 3 within West Yorkshire).\nCase Management – Hold a caseload of 10 service users (split: 2 days casework, 3 days management).\nOperational Oversight – Ensure service targets, logistics, risk assessments, and KPIs are met.\nCommunity Outreach – Engage with probation services and external agencies across West Yorkshire & Humberside.\nManagerial Reporting – Complete 1-to-1s, site inspections, and oversee service performance.What We’re Looking For:\nManagement experience – ability to lead, support, and develop a team.\nBackground in criminal justice, probation, mental health, supported housing, employability / skills sector would be ideal.\nStrong ability to assess risk, manage safeguarding, and handle referrals.\nDriver essential – travel required across multiple locations.Please apply via this advert—we aim to respond to all applications.
