Service Delivery Manager
Ely – Covering the East and Southeast
£40,415 - £42,542 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 4:30pm
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Estate Services team based in Ely. The role of Service Delivery Manager will involve looking after a team of ten delivering compliance testing, caretaking tasks, cleaning, and grounds maintenance throughout the East and Southeast.
The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
* Effective reporting on rota compliance, ensuring the team have all the key equipment and materials to facilitate their role.
* Ensuring the team are compliant with Health and Safety legislation as well as company policies and procedures.
* Managing the delivery of all our field-based works on behalf of Property Services to support performance delivery.
* Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations.
Skills and experiences:
* To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership), NVQ 3 or currently undertaking the qualification.
* Knowledge of cleaning or grounds maintenance delivery.
* Proven ability to effectively recruit, manage, and develop people.
* Experience in managing frontline teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
* This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
