IO Interactive is on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Animator to join our team and contribute to one of the most iconic franchises in gaming – Hitman.
At IOI, we pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of interactive storytelling and gameplay. As we continue to evolve the World of Assassination, we’re looking for a Senior Gameplay Animator who will help us bring our ambition to life through creating immersive and slick gameplay animations.

What you will do:
* Collaborate closely with animators, designers, artists, and programmers to execute on the overall animation vision for the game
* Work primarily with motion capture data recorded in our in-house mocap studio, refining and polishing it to meet high visual standards
* Partner with programmers and designers to ensure animations meet both technical requirements and gameplay needs
* Drive animation content from start to finish – including planning, participating in mocap shoots, editing, and implementing in-game
* Work efficiently within our proprietary Glacier 2 engine and other DCC tools to deliver high-quality animation content
* Receive and implement feedback constructively throughout all stages of development
Who you are:
* 5+ years of experience creating gameplay animations for AAA games, with at least one shipped title
* Solid experience animating in MotionBuilder (knowledge of Maya is a plus)
* Strong technical understanding of animation pipelines and gameplay integration
* Proficient in working with motion capture data and understanding its nuances
* Foundational knowledge of cinematography, composition, and camera language
* Deep understanding of human and animal anatomy, body language, and emotion
* Proven ability to capture timing and subtlety in human movement and facial animation
* A proactive, self-driven team player with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality
