A day in the life of a Hotel Kitchen Porter would include Aiding the chefs and kitchen team within food preparation duties and setting up the kitchen ahead of service Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely Working in the pot-wash area in a timely manner to support with the operational requirements Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly What is required for this role?
