Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and driven individual to join us as a Fuel Pricing and Performance Manager. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our UK & Ireland businesses to reach their goals through insightful performance reviews and data-driven analysis, leading to innovative pricing strategies. We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office on a full-time basis.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying opportunities to enhance performance and collaborating with stakeholders to implement impactful initiatives.
* Leading a range of revenue and margin initiatives, seeing them through from concept to completion.
* Measuring and reporting on the success of the initiatives you’ve driven, ensuring they meet key objectives.
* Conducting weekly reviews of portfolio performance, spotting areas for growth, and adjusting pricing strategies as needed.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to align product strategy with market needs, ensuring we offer the right solutions to our customers.
* Presenting complex data in a clear and concise way to stakeholders, while fostering strong, productive relationships across teams.
* Working closely with the Pricing Manager and the wider team to implement initiatives effectively and ensure consistent progress.
* Creating ad-hoc analysis to challenge efficiency and performance, while supporting data-driven decision making.
* Partnering with departments to achieve business targets and contributing to forward-thinking planning for future periods.

o Confident working with performance data, ability to analyse and interpret data
o Comfortable using various tools and software to derive insights and identify trends
* Accuracy:
o Attention to detail is crucial
o Ensure all your analysis is accurate and that you’re delivering reliable insights
* Financial Understanding:
o A solid grasp of financial concepts, particularly related to revenue, margins, and pricing
* Stakeholder Engagement:
o Ability to work well with other teams (e.g., finance, sales, and marketing)
* Presentation Skills:
o Confident presenting complex data and analysis to stakeholders
o Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas
