Job Overview

Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, you will:
1. Develop a team of colleagues who embody our customer promise
2. Actively seek ways to delight our customers
You will be responsible for:
1. Coaching, training, and developing colleagues within your store
2. Recruiting a team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants that reflect our values and behaviors
3. Making commercial decisions regarding stock availability and merchandising
4. Engaging with key stakeholders for broader business understanding
5. Providing constructive feedback on store performance to encourage continual growth
You will also need:
1. A passion for celebrating our customers’ life moments
2. Previous experience in a retail environment as a store manager
3. Experience in leading and developing a team of colleagues
4. Readiness to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment
