Hotel Housekeeper
One of our valued hospitality clients is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join their housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring the guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the hotel's high standards.
* Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
* Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and surfaces.
* Ensure all housekeeping equipment is used safely and responsibly.
* Report any maintenance issues or lost property to the appropriate department.
* Follow all health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests.
* Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily room turnover targets.
Requirements & Skills
* Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
* High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending.
