An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Commercial Data Insights team as a Business Partner and Insight Manager aligning to the UK Commercial (UKC) & Distribution business. As a new team we are excited to help the UKC Business achieve their growth targets by recruiting an individual to: Build and maintain strong relationships with our own Data Insights team and the UKC Business Prioritise and coordinate BI initiatives, balancing short-term imperatives with longer-term strategic objectives. Utilise extensive UKC knowledge to inform and manage decisions on the production of data insights. Support the UKC business with additional insights based on the available data. Support the business in the utilization/adoption of self-serve data insight across UKC. A willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required. Skills and experience we're looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, ability to build strong relationships, internally and externally and the ability to present complex information concisely at senior management level. Strong Planning, Prioritisation, Organisational, Time Management skills with a strong work ethic Analytical mindset driving both proactive and reactive actionable insight aligned to strategic themes with knowledge of analysing, modelling, and interpreting data. Experience in Python, Snowflake and SQL preferred. Relevant experience in a similar role or industry, experience of insurance or the financial industry is an asset. Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
