Description
As a Reinstatement Planner, you'll be working within the Utilities Team, supporting them in providing administration support on our reinstatement operations to ensure they run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Maximise the work schedules for the teams and ensure works are completed within time & KPI measures met
* Have the ability to plan resources using relevant systems;
* Manage reactive planning of emergency work;
* Liaise with contract management team and operatives to ensure we meet our client SLA's.
* Effectively use NRSWA knowledge to ensure work is delivered right first time, with no financial impact.
* Work with field operations to ensure schedules are deliverable.
* Liaise with the highway authorities to ensure compliance to street works regulations and guidelines.
Experience and Qualifications
* Ability to communicate and verbalize complex information effectively.
* Excellent computer skills with a specific in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment
* Ideally previous planner experience
* Experience in a similar role, working within the utility industry;
