The project:
You will be working for a defence related major infrastructure / construction project in the UK. The project will be between £100m - £150m in value. Mace will be the clients representative and will monitor, guide and report on the principal contractor for the project.
SC Clearance is essential for this role.

* Work with D&B contractor(s) to develop their detailed project schedule.
* Provide oversight, governance, and assurance of D&B contractor(s) schedule.
* Ensure NEC4 compliance of D&B contractor(s) schedule.
* Ensure D&B contractor(s) schedules include all relevant DEO process and procedures.
* Ensure D&B contractor(s) is informed and updated on ALL external project interfaces.
* Review and provide feedback/approval of regular D&B contractor(s) schedule update(s).
* Review and provide feedback/approval of regular D&B contractor(s) compensation events and claims.
* Manage multiple projects dependent upon size and location.
* Interface with project team(s), PMO and portfolio scheduling (to update Portfolio-level schedules).

You’ll need to have:
* Ability to gain UK security clearance - 5 years uninterrupted career in the UK.
* Construction scheduler with P6 Primevera experience.
* NEC 4 experience.
You’ll also have:
* Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
* Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes in the defence sector.
* Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
* Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
This role will be based in Moorgate 2-3 days per week.
