Job Description:
This position will play a pivotal role in accelerating our enterprise capability on trade promotions as part of the regional sales strategy. The focus is on data-driven decision-making and improving trade promotion strategies. The role involves defining regional trade promotional strategies in partnership with regional teams, enhancing basic practices, and leading insights on snacking within our promotional investments. Collaboration with clusters to implement these strategies and optimize promotional impact for profitability and growth is essential.
What are we looking for?
An individual eager to broaden their perspective through regional work, developing expertise in SRM/RGM, and partnering to elevate capabilities. Must have strong financial acumen and understanding of customer investment strategies. Specific requirements include:
* Experience in analytics and modeling to develop fact-based recommendations and convert insights into action plans.
* Understanding of market mechanisms affecting promotional impact on profitability, revenue, and sales volume.
* Highly collaborative with cross-functional teamwork skills and strategic insight sharing.
* Nice to have: Experience in RGM, promotional strategies, and multi-market customer investment strategies.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and finance teams to refine promotional strategies aligned with cell objectives.
* Develop regional promotional guidelines by channel and investment area with regional sales and cluster teams.
* Work with cluster RGM and sales teams to translate regional guidelines into cluster-specific strategies and define promo productivity roadmaps.
* Analyze trade promotion performance to identify optimization opportunities and develop frameworks to assess ROI.
* Integrate promotional investment strategies into target pricing with the regional channel pricing director.
* Manage the regional promotional insights database.
