1:1 Primary Tutor
Location: S80
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Primary Tutor to join our team and provide tailored, one-to-one support for primary school students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about helping young learners build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised, engaging, and supportive tutoring sessions to primary school students (ages 4-11).
* Provide assistance in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science, ensuring sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
* Help students strengthen their foundation skills, build confidence, and develop effective study habits.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback.
* Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that are both fun and educational.
* Foster a positive, encouraging, and patient learning environment.
Requirements:
* A degree in Education or a relevant subject.
* Prior experience of teaching/tutoring or working with primary-aged children.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for primary education.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate children.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
