An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Operations Manager. The position will include daily travel to services in the East of England area to support the specialist services operations team to manage the operation and financial/business health of state-of-the-art care services.
The service provides trusted care in the comfort of an individual's home to allow them to stay living there independently, also offering a concierge service, hourly care, or live-in care. This is an exceptional health care provider and has ambitious plans for the future and as part of those plans, they will be investing GBP15M in nursing/residential homes in the East of England region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop excellent relationships with key contacts in our regions, specifically targeting the private market.
2. Actively lead Sales & Business Development activities for all homes.
3. Ensure all services are fully resourced through effective recruitment management.
4. Undertake regular audits of the homes to ensure that financial and operational processes are appropriately implemented.
5. Undertake one-to-one reviews with branch managers to enhance and develop their business areas and skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
2. Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
3. Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
5. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives.
6. Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful Operations Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP60,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
