Job summary Working with people living with life limiting illness whether that be in their homes or in the Hospice is very different to working in a hospital. We are looking for caring, empathetic and compassionate registered nurses with excellent communication skills, who are organised and able to assess, prioritise and understand the needs of those receiving palliative end of life care.
