Whats The Role? Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join as part of a high-quality team working on a Car Finance project. You will be working in a results-orientated environment, focusing on delivering good outcomes for customers. Tell Me More? Location : Milton Keynes/Hybrid (Training: Wk 1 office based Mon/Tues, Wk 2 Fully Remote, Wk3 - office based Mon/Tues - then one day in the office p/w thereafter) Rate : £150 per day Work Pattern : Standard Business Hours Start Dates : 6th January 2025 Duration : 12 month contract Role Responsibilities Supporting customers through proactive reviews and inbound call handling. Dealing with customer queries regarding case information. Recording complaints and escalating to Case Handlers. Writing bespoke letters to customers. Updating case information on systems. Processing payments and investigating exceptions when they occur. Dealing with adhoc case tasks as directed by the Quality Manager. What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need Previous call handling experience with the ability to confidently speak to customers, resolving both simple queries and complex requests. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced administrative environment. Previous letter writing experience with the ability to adapt letter templates. Proactive attitude to learn new tasks and suggest changes to processes. Good time management skills.
