Are you an experienced and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with ASD and challenging behavior? A mainstream primary school in Worthing is seeking a dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil, providing consistent and flexible assistance throughout the school day.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil with ASD and challenging behavior.
Work within the classroom and lead small group sessions.
Support the pupil in sensory rooms and other areas outside the classroom.
Build strong, trustworthy relationships with the pupil and their family.
