In this position, you will support the Talent Acquisition team and own the Retail Management recruitment activity for Ann Summers. Ideal for a current Resourcer, Assistant or Coordinator with a passion for our brand and a background in Retail, whether that’s through being a recruiter or having instore management experience.
You’ll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent to AS, contributing to our mission of building a diverse, high-performing talent community that will add significant value to the business.

What you can expect from the role…
* To attract, source and assess exceptional talent for vacancies, delivering on SLAs and quality of hire excellence.
* To partner with hiring managers to gain insights that drive efficient and effective activity.
* Be the gate keeper to key tools, ensuring they’re up to date and accurate across all platforms.
* Provide administrative support, ensuring an efficient function with accurate and up to date resources.
* Manage shared inboxes, providing an effective and brand appropriate response.
* Support with Talent and Engagement initiatives, co-ordinating key elements to create a successful outcome.
* Contribute to employer brand activity, internally and externally.
* Keep up to date with industry news and trends, contributing to the evolution of the function.
What we’re looking for from the successful candidate…
* Has prior recruitment experience, a strong passion for AS, and a deep understanding of what makes an exceptional Retail Store Management candidate.
* Able to deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment journey.
* Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition and Engagement.
* A natural communicator with a talent for building strong, lasting relationships.
* Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
* Has a reasonable commute to our Head Office as part of our hybrid working policy, with a flexible approach to their work.
