Your Role as a Team Leader
You'll provide hands-on support while leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding, person-centered care. You’ll oversee supported living services where individuals can thrive, develop independence, and achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing support teams to ensure high-quality, person-focused care
* Supporting individuals with complex needs to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives
* Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practices in supported living
* Creating and maintaining individual care plans, risk assessments, and progress reports
* Acting as a hands-on role model for staff, fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and empowerment
* Managing rotas, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient service delivery
* Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
* Experience in a similar leadership role within an adult supported living or social care setting
* A Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
* A full UK driving license (essential due to the service location)
* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* Passion, resilience, and commitment to making a real difference in the lives of others.
