We are building a Global BD Team. Selica International Limited specializes in providing B2B exceptional quality translation and linguistic support services for our international client base through a global network of strategic partners. This position is principally remote and is an outbound sales role where you will actively source new opportunities to grow the business. You should be confident in promoting the company’s message and pitching to prospects, as well as networking with clients through social selling, email marketing, and sharing your enthusiasm for languages and delivering high-quality service.
Your Responsibilities Include:
1. Contributing to the growth of the company by identifying and prospecting new opportunities and winning new clients, both corporates and SMEs.
2. Building and maintaining an active pipeline of revenue and activity; ensuring you achieve targets and activity levels set for you and agreed upon.
3. Working with the marketing team to help implement new campaigns.
4. Performing regular sales variations with outbound calls and email campaigns.
5. Attending trade shows and networking events for lead generation.
6. Onboarding new clients.
7. Attending client meetings, both face-to-face and remotely.
8. Following up on quotes and leads.
9. Drawing up quotations and assisting with any RFP/Tender/Proposal.
10. Being actively aware of work completed for your clients.
11. Tracking and analyzing sales performance, presenting a monthly progression sales report and periodic comparisons.
12. Liaising with Account Managers to ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
Key Attributes for This Post Are:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Experience working in the translation industry, in sales is essential for this role.
3. A high level of IT skills.
4. Excellent translation technology knowledge will be very beneficial for this role.
5. A desire to exceed client expectations.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Business insight and awareness.
8. Fluent English to native standard.
